Shipping + Handling

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Now that you’ve placed your order you can expect the shipping to be done within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Please allow aditional time for transit.
Shipping rates are a flat fee of $7.95 if not free, please check for coupon code.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may be affected by weather or other events out of our control.

LOST / MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package leaves the office and is scanned by USPS it is out of our control. In the case a package tracking number indicates its been delivered but you’re unable to locate your package we recommend you wait 1-2 business days in the case the package was lost and is delivered. If after 2 business days your package still has not been delivered you may want to check around. your property/lobby/mailroom and reach out to a neighbor who may have accepted your package on your behalf.
You can file a claim at the post office by providing your tracking number. After this is done you will receive a claim number from USPS. Email us with your claim number and we can assist you further.

 International
All orders shipping outside of the USA are shipped via USPS. Tracking is provided but may be limited for select forms of shipping. In most cases parcels are tracked once it leaves the US borders and then tracked again when it enter your country for inspection.
